Registration, Parking, and Shuttle

Conference registration begins at 7:30 AM in Rees-Jones Hall every day of the conference. Parking on campus is limited, but visitors will be able to obtain a limited number of visitor parking passes from the TCU Police Department office at 3025 Lubbock Fort Worth, Texas 76129.

We are also providing a shuttle service from the Courtyard Marriot from Silver West Limousines. Shuttles will run every 15-20 minutes between campus and the hotel from 7-9 AM and 4:30-8:00 PM on Thursday and Friday and 7-9 AM and 4:30-6:30 PM on Saturday.
